Рассмотрен вопрос создания научной лаборатории авиационно-технических судебных экспертиз, задачами которой станут разработка научной тематики и выполнение соответствующих исследований, подготовка, переподготовка, аттестация и переаттестация штатных и внештатных экспертов, выполнение экспертиз по авиационным происшествиям и инцидентам, накопление, обработка, систематизация данных и установление соответствующих закономерностей с целью решения профилактических задач, а также совершенствования базы нормативных документов. Розглянуто питання створення наукової лабораторії авіаційно-технічних судових експертиз, завданнями якої стануть розробка наукової тематики та виконання відповідних досліджень, підготовка, перепідготовка, атестація і переатестація штатних і позаштатних експертів, виконання експертиз за авіаційними подіями та інцидентами, накопичення, обробка, систематизація даних і встановлення відповідних закономірностей з метою вирішення профілактичних завдань, а також вдосконалення бази нормативних документів. |
