With the use of economic and statistical analysis, the paper determines the basic laws of hardware of information of the general population of classic universities of Ukraine in the economic conditions that were specific to our country during 1991-2011 years. The such tasks were solved: economic and statistical analysis of time series, that describes the history of acquisition of computer equipment in classic Ukrainian universities during 1991-2011 years, was conducted; the basic regularities regarding the provision of computer hardware for educational informatization of Ukrainian universities in economic conditions during a specified historical period were defined. The paper sets out the conclusions about changes in the average provision of classic universities with computer equipment for 100 students, about the average variation of such provision in different educational institutions during the specified period and about the indicators of variations in different universities, about the detection of presence of correlation between time series that characterizes the complete set of classic university with computers. У доповіді на основі економіко-статистичного аналізу даних визначаються основні закономірності розвитку апаратної частини інформатизації вибірки класичних університетів України, близької до їх генеральної сукупності в економічних умовах, що були характерними для нашої держави протягом 1991-2011 років. У процесі виконання дослідження були розв’язані такі задачі: проведений економіко-статистичний аналіз часових рядів, що характеризують історію комплектування комп’ютерною технікою класичних вищих навчальних закладів України протягом 1991-2011 років; визначені основні закономірностей щодо забезпеченості комп’ютерною технікою інформатизації університетів в українських економічних умовах визначеного історичного проміжку. У статті сформульовані висновки щодо динаміки середніх показників забезпеченості класичних ВНЗ комп’ютерною технікою на 100 студентів, щодо середніх показників варіації такої забезпеченості різних ВНЗ протягом вказаного періоду та показників варіації за окремо взятими ВНЗ, щодо виявлення наявності кореляційного зв’язку між часовими рядами, які характеризують комплектацію класичних ВНЗ комп’ютерною технікою. |
