У статті розглядаються можливості формування соціокультурної компетенції майбутніх перекладачів, під час вивчення ними тематичного блоку «Психологічні особливості сприймання», що входить у навчальний курс «Міжкультурна комунікація». Проаналізовано причини виникнення міжкультурних непорозумінь, які пов’язані з культурною детермінованістю сприймання; запропоновано прийоми роботи, які допоможуть студентам усвідомити вплив рідної культури на особливості сприймання; представлено вид вправ для контролю об’єктивності власного сприймання і дистанціювання від власної культурної суб’єктивності. (The article examines the possibility of forming sociocultural competence of prospective translators in the process of studying the thematic block «Psychological peculiarities of perception», which constitute Intercultural Communication Course. Collective life experience of representatives of certain cultures constitute a common culturally-specified base for perception. Therefore similarities in perception and apprehension inside one culture exist as well as misunderstandings when contacting with representatives of the other cultures occur. This is the reason for including psychological peculiarities of perception into the Sociocultural Competence Course. Educational process should be performed in the following directions: creating students’ awareness of psychological peculiarities of perception (the later should be relevant to Intercultural Communication), improving student’s ability to control their own perception while establishing and maintaining intercultural contacts, and ability to understand perception peculiarities of a communicator from another culture. To finish the course successfully students are to get familiar with the theory of Intercultural Communication and apply it on practical lessons by doing exercises, which encourage to reflect an influence of the native culture on the perception of a foreign culture. In the article the following issues are analyzed the causes of intercultural misunderstandings connected with the cultural determination of perception are analyzed, techniques designed to make students aware of the influence of a native culture on peculiarities of comprehension are suggested, type of exercises for controlling objectivity of one‘s own perception and distancing from one‘s own cultural subjectivity are presented.) |
