У статті обґрунтовано мету та завдання навчального спецкурсу. Визначено структуру та обсяг навчального спецкурсу, який включає два розділи. Показано, що спецкурс розроблено для очної та очно-дистанційної форми підвищення кваліфікації керівників освітніх організацій у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Представлено загальний дизайн лекцій, практичних занять та програми особистісно-професійного зростання керівників до управління педагогічними працівниками в освітніх округах.
The article discusses the objectives, structure and scope of the training course that includes two sections. The first section, which is made up of two topics, analyzes the essence of management of teaching staff in educational districts, the role of managers in this process and the innovation approach to the management of teaching staff in educational districts. The second section, which includes five topics, deals with the features, content and personal, motivational, cognitive and activity components of managers' psychological readiness to manage teaching staff in educational districts. The authors pay much attention to the managers' personal and professional development program aimed at increasing effectiveness of teaching staff management in educational districts. The training course is meant for full-time, part-time and distance forms of educational institution managers' training in the system of postgraduate education. The authors also discuss the general design of lectures, practical exercises, home work tasks and practical interactive techniques. |
