| Abstract | У дисертації представлено результати дослідження теоретичних засад та обґрунтування науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо взаємодії фіскальної та монетарної політики в умовах фінансової стабілізації в Україні. Узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування поняття фінансової стабілізації, запропоновано доповнений перелік її індикаторів, а також визначено етапи фінансової стабілізації. Розкрито економічну сутність взаємодії фіскальної та монетарної політики і визначено можливі форми взаємодії. Проаналізовано тенденції фінансової стабілізації. Встановлено, що на сучасному етапі спостерігається взаємодія фіскальної та монетарної політики за моделлю Курно, що зумовлює високі суспільні втрати. Розроблено концепцію вдосконалення взаємодії фіскальної та монетарної політики, спрямованої на забезпечення форми координації. The dissertation presents the results of research in theoretical basis and justification of scientific recommendations for the interaction between fiscal and monetary policies in terms of financial stabilization in Ukraine. It includes generalization of theoretical approaches to interpretation of financial stabilization, it was offered a list of indicators, and the stages of financial stabilization, formulation of list of its indicators and description financial stabilization stages. There are investigation of economic nature of interaction between fiscal and monetary policies and identification of possible forms of such interaction in the dissertation. The tendencies of financial stabilization are analyzed. It is established that present form of interaction between fiscal and monetary policies under Cournot model leads to high social losses. The concept of improvement of interaction between fiscal and monetary policies to promote the forms of coordination is proposed. |
