Основна задача кожного підприємства – підвищення ефективності його діяльності. Цей принцип повністю можливо застосувати до вугільних підприємств, не дивлячись на те, що не завжди на це зорієнтовані державні органи і менеджмент цих підприємств. Вартість вугільного підприємства залежить від багатьох чинників, особливо від гірничо-геологічних і екологічних умов розробки, від вживаних технологій і економічних аспектів. Для пристосовування підприємств до оточуючих умов необхідна розробка стратегій ефективної роботи, для створення яких та їх оновлення вважаємо за доцільне використовування методу сценаріїв.
The primary goal of each enterprise - growth of efficiency of its activity. This principle is completely applicable to the coal enterprises in spite of the fact that not always the state bodies and management of these enterprises are focused on it. Cost of the coal enterprise depends on many factors, is especial from minіng-geological and ecological conditions of development, from used technologies and economic aspects. Development of strategy is necessary for adaptation of the enterprises to surrounding conditions effective works for which creation and their updating the method of scripts is counted expedient use. |
