Получен и изучен методами рентгенофазового анализа и растровой электронной микроскопии силикат натрия и гадолиния NaGd9(SiO4)6O2 со структурой апатита. Методом Ритвельда установлено, что атомы натрия в структуре расположены в позиции 4f. Атомы кислорода O(4) располагаются в каналах структуры в центрах треугольников из Gd(2). Наличие достаточно больших расстояний Gd – Gd (3,85 Ả) свидетельствует о возможности существования люминесцентных свойств. Obtained and studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, sodium and gadolinium silicate NaGd9(SiO4)6O2 with the structure of apatite. It is shown that the synthesis of ceramic method for the selected method of sublimation of sodium oxide does not occur. By the Rietveld method revealed that the sodium atoms in the structure are ordered (in position 4f). The oxygen atoms O(4), not included in the silicate ions are located in the centers of the triangles of the Gd(2). The presence of a sufficiently large distances GdGd (3,85 Ả) indicates the possible existence of luminescent properties. |
