| Description |
The mathematical sample piece of gydrodynamic streams of a melt in a female section three-section intermediate ladle (IL), allowing is submitter to spot a direction and speed of their movement at any moment of time of a teemed series of cast. The results of mathematical model operation testify, that for working conditions of a 43-ton three-section intermediate ladle pot there are periods of an astable gydrodynamic pattern of streams of a melt accompanying by the undeveloped circulation flows, stagnant bands and bands of direct current of metall from a femaly section in casting. In such astable periods the quantity nonmetallics, getting from an intermediate ladle pot in crystallize pans grows, that subzeroly has an effect for quality ready metal productions.
