The hypothesis of introduction of such a new pedagogical conception as the “synthesis pedagogic” which in its turn is based on the evolution, energy informational and metapedagogic has been examined in the paper. The latter is an unachievable peak which is to be understood further on. The global criteria of the pedagogic targeted function as to the electrical engineering specialities were worked out.
