The block structure of universal medicine and diagnostic information measuring system (IMS) on a basis high digit sigma-delta ADC is offered. The sigma-delta ADC is analysed features of application by the example of cardiological diagnostic researches. It is shown, that use sigma-delta ADC is proved and it is possible and for other systems of gathering and processing of the biomedical signals having close requirements - encephalographic, miographic, rheographic etc
