An easy built in adaptation mechanism for geneiic algorithm is considered A method for maintaining genetic algorithm parameters is proposed that based on the appropriate changing of the crossingover and mutation probability depending on the individual position in the population. results of the comparison between the simple genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm presented that show the advantage of the proposed adaptive mechanism.
