Algorithm of time-frequency quadratic detector implementation for the piston compressor technical condition control are described. New method for the synthesizing synchrosignal is developed. This method allow turn out phase detecting channel from the piston compressor vibroacoustical control system. Technical condition making decision algorithms for the small refrigerant piston compressor is proposed
