Objective conditions for regional competitiveness are analyzed; innovative component of regional competitiveness is defined; modern methodology of innovations positioning in the economy of region is generalized. The structural shifts in Donetsk region industrial structure are estimated and the priorities in its reforming are determined; the results of innovations application in the economy of Donetsk region and the structure of sources of its financing are analyzed; innovational potential of Donetsk region and the outcome of modern methods of innovation activation in machine building are studied. Methodology offorming of regional innovation system is created; the role of industrial clusters in the regional innovation system is specified; the structure of coal-mining machine building cluster of Donetsk region is defined; general proposals of administrative provision of regional industries clusterization are grounded; main directions and some measures on economic provision of innovation activities in industrial clusters are proposed. Проаналізовано об'єктивні передумови формування конкурентоспроможності регіону, визначена інноваційна складова в формуванні конкурентоспроможності регіону та передумови її активізації. Проведено оцінку структурних деформацій промислового комплексу Донецької області і визначено пріоритети його реформування; проаналізовано результати впровадження новацій та структуру джерел фінансування інноваційної діяльності в промисловості Донецької області, досліджено результативність існуючих форм впровадження новацій в машинобудівному комплексі. Розроблено методичні положення по формуванню інноваційної системи регіону та визначено роль і місце в ній промислових кластерів, обґрунтовано загальні пропозиції щодо організаційного забезпечення кластеризації регіону, визначено напрямки та запропоновано заходи щодо економічного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності в рамках промислових кластерів регіону. |
