Artykuł jest poświęcony problemam systemu transportowo-logistycznego, obsługiwającego konsumentów. Głównym jest to, że do tej obsługi są przyznaczone wyłącznie dwa auta, które w trakcie przesuwania się w kierunku konsumenta mogą się zepsuć i będą naprawiane przez samych kierowców. Rozpatrujemy dwa typy systemów obsługi ogólnej, które dotyczą funkcjonowania systemu transportowo-logistycznego: system z odmową i oczekiwaniem. Wobec tego znaleziono charakterystyki główne tego systemu: pojemność, prawdopodobieństwo ryzyka niedokonania zamówienia. ABSTRACT. In work deals with transport and logistics system serving consumers, and to service them stand out even two cars, which in the process of going to the consumer may fail and recover of the forces of the drivers themselves. We consider two classes of queuing systems, describing the operation of the transport and logistics systems: a system with failures and anticipation. Found the main characteristics of this system: bandwidth, the probability of the risk of default order. |
