| Description |
The object of researches is an underground transport complex. It consists of a main conveyor belt with two points of loading, two district belt conveyors and two accumulating hoppers. Efficient operation of the system requires continuous control and management of all its elements. It is possible only by automated mode. This article solves the problem of developing a mathematical model of mining branched transport system. State of the object is determined by the intensity of district traffics and operability of its individual elements. A mathematical model of the branched conveyor line with intermediate storage hoppers has been devoloped. This model allows estimating the efficiency of the transport system. With the proposed mathematical model a control algorithm of transport line was grounded. This algorithm can be used for the control device developing. The simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed stabilization algorithm. Output traffic of the main conveyor is stable, despite the changeable and periodical nature of the district flows. It provides a constant load of subsequent conveyors in the transport line. The transport line stops when failing to provide a given traffic on its way out. It provides substantial savings in energy consumption.
Представлено математичну модель системи конвеєрного транспорту, що включає в себе магістральний і дільничний конвеєри, а також акумулюючі бункери. Обґрунтовано раціональний алгоритм керування конвеєрною лінією. Представлена математическая модель системы конвейерного транспорта, включающей в себя магистральный и участковые конвейеры, а также аккумулирующие бункеры. Обоснован рациональный алгоритм управления конвейерной линией. |
