The article considers the directions of state support of innovation activities of enterprises, the mechanism of redistribution of funds for financing innovative enterprises. The factors causing the important role of small innovative enterprises in the field of innovations. Researched sources of financing of innovative activity of enterprises of Ukraine. The most important issues of a systemic nature and hinder the development of innovative processes in the economy. Given a system of methods of state regulation of innovation activities of innovative small business in Ukraine and the essence of organizational-economic aspect of the methods of state regulation of innovative activities of small businesses. Given the tools of financial and credit development of domestic small business firms, the implementation of which is capable of solving almost the main problem of development of small innovation business, the problem of finding and obtaining financial resources. Listed on the appropriateness of the analysis of financial and credit instruments in a comparative perspective that will allow us to consider the overall effectiveness of individual financial and credit instruments of innovation development of small business in Ukraine as an integral characteristic, which will define the requirements and conditions for obtaining an appropriate level of financial-credit resources.У статті розглянуто напрямки державної підтримки інноваційної діяльності підприємств, механізм перерозподілу фінансів для фінансового забезпечення інноваційних підприємств. Виділено чинники, які обумовлюють важливу роль малих інноваційних підприємств в області нововведень. Досліджено джерела фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств України. Виділено найбільш важливі проблеми, що мають системний характер і стримують розвиток інноваційних процесів в економіці. Приведено систему методів державного регулювання інноваційної діяльності підприємств малого інноваційного бізнесу в Україні та розглянуто сутність організаційно-економічного аспекту методів державного регулювання інноваційної діяльності підприємств малого бізнесу. Наведені інструменти фінансово- кредитного розвитку вітчизняних малих підприємницьких структур, реалізація яких здатні вирішити чи не найголовнішу проблему розвитку малого інноваційного бізнесу – проблему пошуку та отримання фінансових ресурсів. Указано на доцільність проведення аналізу фінансово-кредитних інструментів у порівняльному аспекті, що дозволить розглянути загальну ефективність окремих фінансово-кредитних інструментів інноваційного розвитку малого підприємництва в Україні як інтегральну характеристику, яка визначить вимоги та умови отримання відповідного обсягу фінансово-кредитних ресурсів.
