| Description |
Technological factors influencing the quality of formation of refractory products are considered. The dynamic characteristics of pressure equipment are provided. The ranges of speed regulation of the press are obtained. The obtained dynamic characteristics of the press СМ1085 are obtained taking into account the crank angle and speed of the punch. It is established that the compression mode is characterized by the following factors: the specific pressure on the refractory mass, the average speed of extrusion, the velocity distribution within the operating cycle aliasing pressing, the shutter speed raw under pressure, the repeated application of pressure. To improve the quality of refractory products we should increase the pressing speed in the initial stages of forming a refractory mass with subsequent restriction. The curves of transient changes in the speed of the punch and of the drive motor are obtained when pressing start. The moment of resistance depends on the moisture content, grain size, bulk density of the refractory mass and the rotation angle of the crank shaft. Рассмотрены технологические показатели, влияющие на качество сформованного огнеупорного изделия. Определены динамические характеристики прессового оборудования. Получены диапазоны регулирования скорости пресса. Получены динамические характеристики пресса СМ1085, с учетом угла поворота коленчатого вала и скорости пуансона. |
