Тези висвітлюють участь представників зарубіжного українства у відродженні Національного університету «Острозька академія». Показано роль міжособистісних контактів та заочних знайомств у налагодженні співпраці з діаспорними громадськими організаціями та науковими установами, налагодження обмінних програм для студентів та викладачів університету. Звернено увагу на фінансову допомогу діаспори у відродженні навчального закладу, створення спеціальних грантів та стипендій для найкращих студентів вузу від українців із-за кордону. Розглянуто заснування на базі університету Інституту досліджень української діаспори, як важливого чинника у налагодженні контактів та наукового співробітництва із закордонним українством. (The paper reveals the participation of the representatives of the foreign Ukrainianness in the reconstruction of the National University of Ostroh Academy. The author focuses on the role of social contacts and long-distance friendship in establishing cooperation with diaspora’s non-governmental organizations and academic institutions, and in launching exchange programs for students and teachers of the university. The paper draws attention to the financial support of diaspora aimed at the reconstruction of the educational institution as well as to the foundation of special grants and scholarships from the Ukrainians from abroad for the best students of the University. The author explores the founding of the Institute for the Ukrainian Diaspora Studies as an important factor in establishing contacts and academic cooperation with the foreign Ukrainianness.) |
