This edition is prepared by the team of the Department of Leadership and Institutional the development of higher education at the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the results of the implementation of the GDR "Development of Institutional Capacity of Universities in the Context of Global Leadership" (2015-2017 gg.) The publication presents recommendations for institutions of higher education (further - ZVO) of Ukraine regarding their leadership potential at different levels - international, national, Stitch (university staff, student, team leadership development at the university). These recommendations are the result of practical activities during 2015-2016. Researchers at the Department of Leadership and Institutional Development of Higher Education at the Institute of Higher Education NAP of Ukraine, which are members of the author's collective of this publication, the implementation of languages on the development of institutional capacity of Ukrainian universities in the languages of implementation the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" and the processes of integration into the European space higher education. Дане видання підготовлено авторським колективом Відділу лідерства та інституційного розвитку вищої освіти Інституту вищої освіти НАПН України за результатами виконання НДР «Розвиток інституційного потенціалу університетів в контексті глобального лідерства» (2015-2017 рр.). У публікації представлені рекомендації для закладів вищої освіти (далі – ЗВО) України щодо розвитку їх лідерського потенціалу на різних рівнях – міжнародному, національному, інституційному (персонал університету, студент, розвиток командного лідерства в університеті). Зазначені рекомендації є результатом практичної діяльності протягом 2015-2016 років науковців Відділу лідерства та інституційного розвитку вищої освіти Інституту вищої освіти НАПН України, які є членами авторського колективу даної публікації, реалізації заходів, спрямованих на розвиток інституційної спроможності університетів України в мовах імплементації нового Закону України «Про вищу освіту» та процесів інтеграції до Європейського простору вищої освіти. |
