Розглянуто стан прояву агресії в сучасному молодіжному середовищі. Проаналізовані теоретичні підходи до визначення категорії “агресія”. Конкретизована актуальність проблеми проявів агресії особистості в освітянському середовищі. Визначені причини проявів агресії у сучасному молодіжному середовищі. Досліджені форми прояву агресії в студентському осередку. Прояви агресії розглянуто в контексті насилля над особистістю. Аналізується прояв агресії як психологічний самозахист особистості. Представлені кількісні та якісні дані проявів агресивної поведінки студентів ВНЗ м. Кривий Ріг. Підібрані методи психокорекційної роботи над проявами агресії в студентському середовищі. Розроблена програма психокорекційної роботи для студентів вищого навчального закладу. Обгрунтовано доречність застосування казкотерапії, малюнка, тілесної психотерапії в роботі на усвідомлення власних потреб особистості. Запропоновані методи гештальттерапії в програмі психокорекції агресивних проявів у студентів. Окреслені напрямки розробки методів розвитку особистісних ресурсів в корекції проявів агресії.
The state of displays of aggression in today's youth were considered. Theoretical approaches to the definition of aggression were analyzed. It was specified the urgency of problem of individual’s displays of aggression in educational environment. The causes of aggression in today's youth were identified. The forms of aggression among students were researched. Displays of aggression considered in the context of violence against the person. The expression of aggression as a psychological defense of the individual is analyzed. The quantitative and qualitative data of displays of aggressive behavior of university students in Kryvyi Rih are presented. The methods of psychocorrection of displays of aggression among students were defined. The program of psychocorrection for students of institution of higher education were developed. It was proved the relevance of the application of fairy-tale therapy and drawing in the awareness of their own needs of personality. The methods of Gestalt therapy in the program of psychocorrection of aggressive manifestations of the students were proposed. There were outlined the directions of developing of methods of development of personal resources in the correction of displays of aggression. The stages of application of methods of dialogue in the group work in the paradigm of Gestalt approach are described. There were revealed the principles of dialog-phenomenological approach in solving problems of individual in crisis situation. There were identified the methods of Gestalt approach in therapy of overcoming the consequences of psycho trauma of the individual. The features of activation of process development of person’s self-actualization by means of Gestalt therapy were designated. It is specified the value of formation of the individual life prospects in restoring of personal resources to overcome the manifestations of aggression. The connection of dreams and reality in construction of the individual life prospects is defined. It was revealed the relationship between feelings, their displays and self-support of individual. There are given tips for development of self-support in a state of discomfort, a feeling of anger and displays of aggression, the possibility of their recognition and control. |
