На основі аналізу сутності парадигмальних перетворень в освіті інформаційного суспільства у статті обгрунтовано інноваційну роль інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в забезпеченні якості освіти в суспільстві знань. Розкрито освітні й розвивальні можливості відкритого університету як розподільчого й координуючого центру, який, реалізуючи освітню політику держави щодо оптимізації мережі вищих навчальних закладів, забезпечує координацію діяльності закяадів, що входять до його структури, і спрямовує її на реалізацію законодавства про освіту, приведення змісту і якості освіти у відповідність до європейських освітніх стандартів, впровадження інноваційних підходів до неперервного розвитку особистості на засадах взаємодії формальної, неформальної та інформаїьної освіти.
On the basis ofanalysis of essence of the paradigmal converting into formation of informative society in the article the innovative role of informatively-communication technologies is reasonable in providing of quality of education in society of knowledge. Educational and developing possibilities of open university are exposed as a distributive and coordinating center that, realized of educational politics of the state in relation to optimization of network of higher educational establishments, provides coordination of activity of establishments that is included in his structure, and sends it to realization of legislation about education, bringing of maintenance and quality of education to conformity with the European educational standards, introduction of the innovative going near continuous development ofpersonality on principles of co-operation formal, nonformal and informal education. |
