| Description |
Статтю присвячено вивченню текстових прийомів і лінгвокогнітивних механізмів реструктурування ейджизму в поетичному тексті. З’ясовано, що у вірші такий стереотипний конструкт модифікується завдяки комплексу ментальних операцій (антигравітаційних метафор та концептуального бленду), і текстового прийому образної гравітації, які на вербальному рівні маркуються різнорідними стилістичними засобами.
The article tackles linguistic and cognitive means of restructuring of ageist imagery in the poem. The authors of the article study the textual strategies of imagery gravity within the ageist stereotypes. The analysis demonstrates that the modifications of the stereotypical constructs are built via the complex of mental operations – anti-gravity metaphors and conceptual blend. The findings of the article detect diverse stylistic devices of imagery’s gravity in the poetic modifications of ageism. |
