У статті досліджується правове забезпечення державного регулювання системою вищої освіти в Україні; висвітлюються концептуальні засади та демократичні принципи розвитку національної системи освіти; визначаються методологічні аспекти системного підходу щодо національного розвитку освіти у глобальному вимірі. Законодавчо-правовий базис системи державного управління у сфері вищої освіти України є демократичним і має на меті розширення соціальних перспектив особистості у суспільстві відповідно до індивідуальних потреб саморозвитку. (The article deals with the regulatory framework of public administration of higher education in Ukraine. The article focuses on conceptual aspects and democratic principles for the development of national system of higher education. The methodological bases of a systematic approach regarding the national development of education in the global dimension are given in the article. The regulatory legal basis of state management system in the sphere of higher education in Ukraine is democratic and is aimed at expanding the social perspectives of the individual in society according to needs of personal development.) |
