У статті висвітлюється процес організації та проведення експериментальної роботи в професійно-технічних навчальних закладах її практична значущість, проаналізовано основні поняття. Схематично представлені чинники експериментальної роботи та модель управління даними процесами. (The process of organization and carrying out the experimental work in technical professional schools and its practical value is shown in this article. The necessity of carrying out this problem (to study all the life, to be able to change qualification at any necessary time and an increase of requirements of employers to preparation of skilled workers, desire of teachers-innovators to improve a pedagogical process) is characterized here too. Factors that must be taken into account during organization of the experimental work activity by the teachers innovators, that is the level of leaders` development and pedagogical staff members, the ability to work in the conditions of market relations in the society, competitiveness, presence of creative possibilities potential; the level of management efficiency are analyzed as well. It’s very important for every teacher to have a feeling of taking general decisions and realizing them on the base of cooperation and collaboration. Provision of normatively-legal, skilled, material and technical, scientifically methodical, technological, financial, positive image of establishment resources are very important too.) |
