На сучасному етапі глобальних суспільних трансформацій об’єктом технологізації все частіше стають такі сфери соціального життя людини, які до цього часу не зазнавали у своєму розвитку суттєвих змін. Подолання кризових явищ сьогодення, врегулювання соціальних конфліктів пов’язується, насамперед, з кардинальним оновленням суспільних інститутів, підвищенням ефективності і якості управління, функціонуванням процесів самоорганізації й саморегуляції особистості.
At the present stage of global social transformations, the object of technologization is increasingly becoming such areas of social life, which until now have not undergone significant changes in their development. Overcoming the crisis phenomena of today, the settlement of social conflicts is associated, first of all, with the fundamental renewal of public institutions, increasing the efficiency and quality of management, the functioning of the processes of self-organization and self-regulation of the individual. |
