У тезах висвітлюється перевага ділової гри у контексті консультування з професійної кар’єри учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів. Зокрема, доведено, що: гра уможливлює скорочення часу накопичення професійного досвіду; гра дає можливість експериментувати, знаходити різноманітні стратегії розв’язання поставлених задач тощо. У діловій грі знаннями оволодівають не про запас, не для майбутнього застосування, не абстрактно, а у реальному для учасника процесі інформаційного забезпечення його ігрових дій, у динаміці розвитку сюжету ділової гри, у формуванні цілісного обрису професійної ситуації.
In theses advantage of the business playing is illuminated the context of advising from the professional career of students of vocational educational establishments. In particular, it is well-proven that: a game does possible reduction of time of accumulation of work experience; a game gives an opportunity to experiment, to find various strategies of decision of the put tasks and others like that. In a business game seize knowledge for the future not use, not for future application, not abstractly, but in the real for a participant process of the informative providing him playing actions, in the dynamics of development of plot of business game, in forming of integral outline of professional situation. |
