В статті розкрито особливості використання коучингу як технології розвитку лідерства у сфері освіти. Розглянуто сутність, історію та основні підходи до визначення поняття «коучинг». Представлено новий інноваційний підхід до процесу навчання в закладі освіти, до особливостей міжособистісної взаємодії в системі «викладач-студент», «викладач-викладач», «викладач-керівник», роль лідерського аспекту в цій взаємодії. В той же час застосування коучингу сприяє стимулюванню творчого пошуку рішень, підтримці мотивації для досягнення цілей з метою мобілізації власних ресурсів, кількісні варіанти побудови індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії, досягнення поставлених цілей, розширення можливостей, сприяння професійному та особистісному розвитку. Відбувається розвиток професійної гнучкості й мобільності, і, нарешті, це одержання насолоди як від самої діяльності, так і від її результатів тощо. Це розвиває лідерські характеристики усіх учасників освітнього процесу. Коучинг представлено як універсальний інструмент, який дозволяє ефективно працювати на суб’єкт-суб’єктному рівні. Це допомагає в процесі вміння керувати собою, своїм станом, своїми ресурсами, допомагати іншим у розвитку особистісного потенціалу, у підвищенні особистої ефективності, розвивати ефективні комунікації, будувати конструктивні відносини з колегами, створювати і розвивати систему вищої освіти. Коучинг максимально ефективно працює на результат вирішення актуальних завдань та розвитку лідерства. Доведено важливість коучингу як технології розвитку лідерства у сфері освіти. Доцільним уявляється впровадження коучингових технологій на всіх рівнях системи вищої освіти України завдяки відповідній підготовці професійними фахівцями з коучингу. The article reveals the peculiarities of using coaching of education leadership. Reflected the essence, history and main approaches to the definition of "coaching". The authors presents a new innovative approach to learning in the institution of education, modern image of the teacher of education leadership, the relationship between teacher and student, teacher and teacher, teacher and head, leadership role in these interactions. At the same time application of coaching helps stimulating creative solutions, support for achieving the goals of motivations for mobilizing their own resources quantitative options for individual educational trajectory, achieving goals, empowerment, promotion of professional and personal development. There is a development of professional mobility and flexibility, and finally it's getting pleasure from both: the activity and its results. And it develops the leadership characteristics of all participants of the educational process. It has been proven that coaching is a versatile tool that allows you to work effectively on the subject-subject level. It helps in the process of self-management and it also assist you in the development of personal potential: to improve personal effectiveness, to develop effective communication, to build positive relationships, to develop higher education system. Coaching works as efficiently as possible on the outcome of the decision of actual tasks and development of the leadership. So justified the importance of the coaching as a technology development of the leadership in education. It seemed the introduction of coaching at all levels of higher education system of Ukraine. It maybe through to corresponding preparation professional specialists in coaching. |
