Методичні рекомендації присвячені актуальній науково-практичній проблемі. В праці висвітлюються погляди філософів, культурологів, психологів, педагогів, релігійних діячів на проблему духовності та духовної культури особистості. Автором представлено ґрунтовний науковий аналіз основних понять з проблеми, запропоновано психодіагностичні методики дослідження духовної культури педагогів загалом та комунікативної її складової, зокрема. Розроблений і представлений тренінг, спрямований на розвиток комунікативної складової духовної культури педагогічного персоналу, що розрахований на шість занять, кожне з яких присвячене розвитку переважно одного з компонентів комунікативної складової духовної культури особистості, які розглядаються з позиції діяльнісного підходу. Висвітлено основні соціально-психологічні та індивідуально-психологічні передумови розвитку комунікативної складової духовної культури педагогів. Призначено для педагогічних працівників, методистів, практичних психологів різних типів навчальних закладів, науковців, які досліджують дану проблему. Methodical recommendations are devoted to the actual scientific and practical problem. The paper highlights the views of philosophers, culturologists, psychologists, educators, religious figures on the problem of spirituality and spiritual culture of the individual. The author presents a thorough scientific analysis of the main concepts of the problem, proposes psychodiagnostic methods for studying the spiritual culture of teachers in general and its communicative component, in particular. The training aimed at the development of the communicative component of the spiritual culture of the teaching staff, designed for six classes, is devised and presented, which are devoted to the development of mainly one of the components of the communicative component of the spiritual culture of the individual, which are considered from the standpoint of the activity approach. The main socio-psychological and individual-psychological preconditions of the development of the communicative component of the spiritual culture of teachers are highlighted. It is intended for pedagogical workers, methodologists, practical psychologists of different types of educational institutions, scientists who are investigating this problem. |
