Важливою передумовою забезпечення сталого розвитку України є становлення і подальший розвиток культур- но-мистецьких індустрій як вагомого сегменту креативної економіки. Культурно-мистецькі індустрії та креатив- не підприємництво – відносно нові поняття в українському контексті, проте не нові явища у світовій практиці. У статті охарактеризовано найбільш перспективні джерела, моделі та інструменти фінансового забезпечення розвитку культурно-мистецьких індустрій в Україні, серед яких виокремлено: самофінансування, грантове фінан- сування, меценатство, корпоративну філантропію, спонсорство, податкові пільги, кредитування, колективне фінансування. Акцентовано на необхідності використання креативного потенціалу суб’єктів національної економіки. (Formation and further development of culture and arts industries, which constitute a signifi cant segment of the creative economy, are important prerequisites for the sustainable development of Ukraine. Culture and arts industries as well as creative entrepreneurship are relatively new concepts in Ukraine, but not a new phenomena in the world practice. Self-fi nancing, grant fi nancing, patronage, corporate philanthropy, sponsorship, tax incentives, lending, capital fi nancing, collective fi nancing have been identifi ed among the most promising sources, models and tools of fi nancial support for the development of cultural and artistic industries in Ukraine. Within the article the author emphasises the need to apply the creative potential of the national economy actors.) |
