Концептуальні положення соціальної від- повідальності визначено як комплексне поняття, яке відображає фундаментальні цінності суспільства. Система соціальної відповідальності суб’єктів економіки роз- глядається як: соціальне благо; соціальний інститут регулювання суспільних відносин; механізм взаємозалежності та узгодження інтересів соціальних суб’єктів; механізм соціального контролю за дотриманням норм цивілізованих відносин між їх учасни- ками. Обґрунтовано, що соціальна відпо- відальність підприємства має бути крите- рієм необхідності та результативності його діяльності. Аналізуються проблеми соціальної звітності підприємства. Окрес- лено основні перешкоди підвищенню соці- альної відповідальності бізнесу в Україні та перспективи її забезпечення. (Conception of social responsibility is defined as a comprehensive concept that reflects the fundamental values of society. The system of corporate social responsibility is seen as a social good, as a social institution of social relations, interdependence and as a mechanism for reconciling the corporate and social interests, as a mechanism of social control over the observance of civilized relations between their members. Proved that corporate social responsibility should be the criterion of necessity and effectiveness of its functioning. Analyzed the problems of corporate social responsibility statement. Observed the basic obstacles to the realization of corporate social responsibility in Ukraine and prospects to solve it.
