| Description |
В статье проанализирована структура агросоциальной системы Украины, определена взаимосвязь и взаимозависисмость между ее элементами. Проведена классификация факторов, оказывающих влияние на развитие агросоциальной системы. Проанализирована система государственного регулирования и саморегулирования рынка сельскохозяйственной продукции. Обоснована необходимость повышения социальной направленности аграрних отношений, поскольку они связаны с формированием уровня и качества жизни сельского населения, что является важным фактором ускорения экономического развития локальних агросоциальных систем.
The agro-social system is a complex of agro-social relations, and their interaction depends on its existence, functioning and development. Any system presupposes the existence of internal organization and sets limits which specify the difference of the system from similar ones. The structure of agro-social system ensures internal steady positions of all its elements on condition that factors, determining its maximum limits, are formed under the influence of macro-environment. At the same time, the basic elements of agro-social system are the people themselves, who in evolutional and historical processes can be found in definite interrelations: production, economic, financial, family, and they are characterized by common process of social interaction. So, the determination of basic factors of the formation of the structure of agro-social system of Ukraine and of the peculiarities of its development is the subject matter of the research, as it is an important stage for the formation of the strategy of strengthening of social orientation of functioning of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. The peculiarity of agro-social system is that its character studies the interrelation of agro-social, social and ecological components in the system of formation of market relations. The development of optimal socio-ecological and economic model of agro-social system and the research of its structural transformations is an actual task in the process of improved performance of the agrarian sector and ensuring of steady development of agrarian territories on the whole. The basic tasks of the research is exposure of internal and external factors of the formation of the structure of agrosocial system, analysis of their influence on the level of development and interrelation of its basic constituents, search for the mechanisms for problem salvation for efficient and harmonious functioning of agro-social systems on both local and national levels. The methodological basis of the research is modern concept of organization and management of the development of agrarian production. The author uses the methods of analysis and synthesis for the research of the performance of agrarian production by separate types and territories; systematic and structural method is used for evaluation of complexity and balance of the development and performance of agro-social systems; statistical methods are used for the description of the conditions of economic and social processes, etc. The research data, obtained by the author, conclusions and recommendations create the methodological basis for the search for directions of the agrarian production in Ukraine and order of preference in the agro-social system. The results make it possible to determine the principles of the formation of complex programs of economic and social development of the countryside. В статията се анализира структурата агросоциална система на Украйна , и определя връзката взаимна зависимост между нейните елементи. Класификацията на факторите, влияещи върху системата за agrosotsialnoy развитие. Системата на държавно регулиране и саморегулирането на пазара за селскостопански продукти. Необходимостта от подобряване на социалната ориентация на аграрните отношения, тъй като те са свързани с равнището и качеството на живот на населението в селските райони, което е важен фактор за ускоряване на икономическото развитие на местни агросоциални системи. |
