Ідентифіковано поняття демографічної безпеки. Сформовано перелік показників для оцінювання демографічної безпеки держави та систематизовано за основними видами демографічних загроз. Здійснено розрахунок та порівняльний аналіз регіональних показників демографічної безпеки за основними демографічними загрозами.
The purpose of the study is to form the list of indicators and the system of the estimation of the state demographic security by the regions. Originality of the research results is to form the system of indicators of the estimation the demographic security of Ukraine by the basic demographic threats with the accent on the regional aspect. Findings. The concept of the demographic security is identified as the demographic situation in which the qualitative and quantitative development of the population as a whole and each individual separately realizes according to the priorities of the national development and the security, and by which the national and economic security increases. The main demographic threats to Ukraine are the degradation of family institute, the depopulation, the population aging and no controllable migration. The list of indicators to estimate the demographic state security is formed and systematized by the basic demographic threats. The calculation and the comparative analysis of the regional indicators of the demographic security by the basic demographic threats are carried out. Practical value of the research results is the possibility to determine the priority of the measures of the social policies to overcome the demographic challenges through ranging regions depending on the security level for each of the demographic threats. The prospects for further research are to develop a methodology for determining the integral indicator within each demographic threat and for the demographic security in general. Идентифицировано понятие демографической безопасности. Сформирован перечень показателей оценки демографической безопасности государства и систематизирован по основным видам демографических угроз. Произведен расчет и сравнительный анализ региональных показателей демографической безопасности по основным демографическим угрозам. |
