Розглянуто тенденції зайнятості на молодіжному ринку праці. Узагальнено проблеми переходу молоді на ринок праці. Визначено передумови забезпечення ефективної зайнятості молоді.
The article aims to identify the main prerequisites for ensuring effective youth employment. First of all, the work proposes to consider the effective employment separately for youth. Results of the research can be used for the further research and development program to promote youth employment. Summarizing, we can say that the situation in the youth labor market depends on defining processes that occur on aggregate labor market and the economy in general. According to the author, a precondition for the effective employment of Ukrainian youth, in addition to the above, is a high level of education, it is confirmed by national and international studies, as well as one of the best European youth legislation. Therefore, the development of measures to promote effective youth employment should be the part of the national strategy for employment that will solve a number of important social and economic problems of society. Strategic direction for further researches is determined the formation of a reasonable mechanism for promoting effective youth employment based on social dialogue at all levels — government, business structures and levels of employee meets the requirements of economic space. Рассмотрены тенденции занятости на молодежном рынке труда. Обобщены проблемы перехода молодежи на рынок труда. Определены предпосылки обеспечения эффективной занятости молодежи. |
