Визначено модель сучасного глобального економічного розвитку, її особливості, характеристики та виклики до країн задля їх успішного господарювання. Сформульовано та встановлено сутність та особливості «економіки знань». Визначено роль інноваційного, технологічного розвитку та розвитку людського ресурсу в позиціюванні країн в сучасному глобальному економічному просторі.Визначено систематизацію мереж інтелектуальних центрів, їх роль як ключових учасників глобального інтелектуального ринку.
The global model of existence and functioning of the world society is a key model of the modern economic, political and social development of the world economy. One of the manifestations of the economic globalization is an intelligent globalization. The formation and operation of global intellectual centers are the main forms of manifestation of intellectual globalization. It includes sets of accumulated abilities and creative talents of individuals, their education level upon which forms the ability of people to absorb new knowledge and information and use them for the development of science, culture, art, development and implementation of new technology, using advanced forms of production and labor, the forming of the most optimal solutions in all areas of public life. At the present stage of formation of the global economic system based on the post-industrial economic growth of individual countries and their international competitiveness are stipulated by the production intellectualization. It is not surprising, because the foundation of the post-industrial model of the world economy, which is forming now, becomes the «new economy», which is also called «economy of knowledge», emphasizing thus the key role in the modern global development and international competitiveness of the countries of science and education, designed to reveal natural abilities, which are inherent in every person. In this paper we established the role of the intellectual centers functioning, identified four key determinants of global intellectual market and systematized global intellectual centers in accordance with determinants which were identified previously, and found that the priorities were: purposeful strategic management of the intellectual resources, focusing on technological development, development and accumulation of the corporation intellectual capital and society in general. Определена модель современного глобального экономического развития, ее особенности, характеристики и требования к странам для их успешного хозяйствования. Сформулирована и установлена сущность и особенности «экономики знаний». Определена роль инновационного, технологического развития и развития человеческого ресурса в позиционировании стран в современном глобальном пространстве. Определена систематизация сетей интеллектуальных центров, их роль как ключевых участников глобального интеллектуального рынка. |
