Систематизовано наукові підходи до розуміння сутності терміну «мережева економіка» та визначено його зміст. Розглянуто підходи систематизації трансформації, які відбуваються в мережевій економіці. Визначено процеси, які укріплюють стале поширення мережевої економіки та їх вплив на економічні та соціально-трудові відносини.
The purpose of the article is to study and systematize the scientific approaches to understanding the essence of the term «network economy» and the definition of basic transformations that occur in it. Scientific novelty of the article is copyrighting the definition of the term «network economy». The processes of strengthening of sustainable dissemination of network economy and the assessment of its impact on economic, social and labor relations is of practical importance. The conclusion is that the network economy’s genesis is based on the use of ICT and allows developing new forms of businesses cooperation and new forms of social production. Network economy is defined as a set of resources, processes and economic actors, called components, interconnected and interacting in the production, distribution, exchange and consumption, and forming a single network space that has properties not specific to components, taken separately. The emergence of both positive and negative aspects in the development of network forms of economy’s organization that require state protection was revealed. In this regard, the identification and development of system of interrelated multilevel criteria, dimensions, metrics and indicators of network economy and determination of its impact on the socio-labor changes influenced by the increasing usage in practice of economic activity of network information technology were identified as important areas for further research. Систематизированы имеющиеся в научной практике подходы к пониманию сущности термина «сетевая экономика» и определены его содержание. Рассмотрены подходы систематизации трансформации, которые происходят в сетевой экономике. Определены процессы, которые укрепляют устойчивое распространение сетевой экономики и их влияние на экономические и социально-трудовые отношения. |
