У статті досліджено якісну складову відтворення трудового потенціалу торговельних підприємств Львівщини. Доведено об’єктивну необхідність і визначено зовнішні та внутрішні умови і засоби інноватизації та інтелектуалізаціт як новітніх векторів управління відтворенням трудового потенціалу в торгівлі. Підкреслено особливо важливе значення у процесі управління відтворенням трудового потенціалу торговельних підприємств стратегічного управління, зокрема запропоновано пріоритетні напрямки відтворення трудового потенціалу із врахуванням поточної позиції торговельного підприємства та обрано раціональний тип стратегії для кожного із підприємств. In conditions of modern economy there are be in gaccumulated the negative phenomena and trends, which are manifested in deformations of labor potential quality, worsening of health and creative abilities of employees, aswellas of their competence characteristics. Still, the issues of determination of strategic priorities and means (adequate to the modern status of development of domestic trade and social-economic & market trans formations) to enhance there production controlefficiency for labor potential of trade enterprises remain insufficiently developed. Thus, the purpose of present investigation is scientific substantiation of theoretical methodological basic principles, as well as development of scientific-practical recommendations regarding determination of strategic priorities and means to enhance there production control ficiency for labor potential of trade enterprises in Lviv Region. Due to application of social investigation there were determined the main trends for improvemen to flabor potential reproduction for domestic trade enterprises — with in the limit sofeachof there production phases (phase of formation; phase of distribution / redistribution; phase of development; phaseexploitation). In modern conditions of developmen to fin formation society more and more attention is paid to the qualitative component of labor potential reproduction. Thus, there was proved the objective necessity and determined the external and internal conditions and means of innovatization and intellectualization — the newest vectors of control over the reproduction of labor potential in trade. As the direction of increasing the rate of innovative activity of trade enterprises there are chosen: support of cooperation between scientific-research institutions and private sector, development of “knowledge economy” sphere and support of trade by intellectual products. Taking in to account the dynamic soflabor potential, the especial importancein the process of control over itsreproduction isdedicated in the investigation to the strategic control, in particular to the choice of the rational type of strategy. In the article the conclusion is made that for trade enterprises with high rate of labor potential reproduction (within the frame of using the aggressive strategy with subsequent transfer tomoderate strategy) it is expedient to emphasize the attention on the development of program on satisfying the needs of enterprise for high-quality labor potential, while it implies planning measures on its support, strengthening strong features and elimination of weak points. В статье исследованы качественную составляющую воспроизводства трудового потенциала торговых предприятий Львовщины. Доказано объективную необходимость и определены внешние и внутренние условия и средства инноватизации и интеллектуализации, как новейших векторов управления воспроизводством трудового потенциала в торговле. Подчеркнуто особенно важное значение в процессе управления воспроизводством трудового потенциала торговых предприятий стратегического управления, в частности предложены приоритетные направления воспроизводства трудового потенциала с учетом текущей позиции торгового предприятия и выбран рациональный тип стратегии для каждого из предприятий. |
