Досліджено сутність інноваційної праці, тенденції розвитку інноваційної діяльності. Розглянуто стимули до інноваційної праці, у тому числі методи, принципи і інструменти стимулювання інноваційної праці працівників. Надано пропозиції стимулювання інноваційної праці відповідно до вимог сьогодення.
The article deals with the essence of trends of innovation work. The work considers the incentives for innovative work, including the methods, principles and tools to stimulate innovative employees. The paper presents the proposals to stimulate innovative work according to the requirements of today. In Ukraine, the incentives for innovation work are outdated and in need of significant improvement with regard to the requirements of today and the experience of foreign countries. The effectiveness of innovation work depends primarily on the motivation and incentives to innovation. An organizational system is required to stimulate innovation, which would be beneficial for all participants in the innovation process and would take into account their interests, encourage the creative work to be efficient, would create the necessary conditions and regulate their relationship effectively. Development of motivation and incentive mechanism is a very important part of management, which will be the prospect of our further research. Исследована сущность инновационной труда, тенденции развития инновационной деятельности. Рассмотрены стимулы к инновационному труду, в том числе методы, принципы и инструменты стимулирования инновационной труда работников. Представлены предложения стимулирования инновационного труда в соответствии с требованиями современности. |
