Актуальність спецкурсу визначається цивілізаційно-історичними й освітніми викликами ХХІ століття, зростаючою роллю людиноцентрованої освіти та необхідністю забезпечити її випереджувальне значення, необхідністю підготовки педагога нової формації, що перебуває в авангарді суспільних та освітніх перетворень, умотивований, компетентний, який виконує в освітньому процесі ролі наставника, коуча, фасилітатора і тьютора, має академічну свободу, володіє навичками випереджувального проектного менеджменту (планування й організації навчання, розроблення навчально-методичного забезпечення, оцінювання та ін.), самостійно й творчо здобуває інформацію, організовує дитиноцентрований процес, трансформуючи методи, прийоми і технології навчання залежно від запитів і потреб замовників освітніх послуг, формуючи бачення на сучасний світ та місце в ньому. Теоретичні й практико-зорієнтовані аспекти спецкурсу спрямовано на обгрунтування філософських та освітніх засад Нової української школи. Деталізовано концепти Нової української школи: змістовий, ціннісно-світоглядний, технологічний. Описано модель компетентнісного підходу в освітньому процесі Нової української школи, зокрема ключові компетентності у взаємозв’язку з 11-ма вміннями, ціннісними орієнтирами та результатами навчання. Визначено особливості організації ефективного і безпечного освітнього середовища на основі особистісно-орієнтованої моделі освіти, педагогіки партнерства, позитивної психології та філософії дитиноцентризму. Простежено взаємозв’язки похідних документів Нової української школи: модельна навчальна програма – базовий навчальний план – типовий навчальний план – робочий навчальний план. Окреслено сучасні програми навчання школярів із використанням різноманітних методів, форм і технологій. Розроблено проблемно-пошукові запитання і завдання для самостійної та індивідуальної роботи слухача. Матеріали спецкурсу спрямовано на розвиток освітологічної, інтегральної, науково-методичної, управлінської, інноваційно-дослідницької, компететності з інформальної освіти та професійно-особистісного розвитку, андрагогічної, акмеологічної та ін. компетентностей фахівців. Спецкурс розраховано на 14 годин, із яких 2 год. – лекція, 4 год. – семінарське заняття, 8 год. – самостійна робота слухача. Спецкурс розроблено для керівних і педагогічних кадрів освіти, методичних служб усіх рівнів, організаторів системи післядипломної педагогічної освіти, слухачів курсів підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних працівників на всіх етапах курсової підготовки за різними моделями навчання. The urgency of the special course is determined by the civilization-historical and educational challenges of the 21st century, the growing role of human-centered education and the need to ensure its advance value, the need for a teacher of a new formation that is at the forefront of social and educational transformations, motivated, competent, who carries out the role of mentor in the educational process, coach, facilitator and tutor, has academic freedom, possesses skills of advanced project management (planning and organization of training , the development of teaching and methodological support, evaluation, etc.), independently and creatively obtains information, organizes the child-centered process, transforming methods, techniques and teaching technology depending on the needs and needs of the clients of educational services, forming a vision for the modern world and its place in it. Theoretical and practical aspects of the special course are aimed at substantiating the philosophical and educational principles of the New Ukrainian school. The concepts of the New Ukrainian school are detailed: content, value-ideological, technological. The model of competence approach in the educational process of the New Ukrainian school is described, in particular key competencies in relation to 11 skills, value orientations and learning outcomes. The peculiarities of organization of an effective and safe educational environment on the basis of a person-oriented model of education, partnership pedagogy, positive psychology and philosophy of childhood-centeredness are determined. Trace the relationships of the derivative documents of the New Ukrainian School: a model curriculum - a basic curriculum - a typical curriculum - a working curriculum. The modern programs of pupils' training with the use of various methods, forms and technologies are outlined. Problem-search questions and tasks for independent and individual work of the listener are developed. The materials of the special course are aimed at the development of educational, integrated, scientific-methodical, managerial, innovation-research, competence in informational education and professional-personal development, andragogy, acmeological and others. competencies of specialists.
