Соціально-психологічну реабілітацію розглянуто крізь призму технологій, спрямованих на відновлення і підтримання психологічного здоров’я особистості, що погіршується внаслідок довготривалої травматизації, викликаної гібридною війною. Визначено ключові індикатори психологічного здоров’я: цілісність, самореалізованість, самоврегульованість. Допоміжні індикатори на індивідуально-психологічному рівні: креативність, збалансованість, адаптивність; на ціннісно-смисловому рівні: пошук нових сенсів, осмислення досвіду, здатність отримувати задоволення від життя; на соціально-психологічному рівні: схильність до співробітництва, здатність співпереживати, відповідальність перед соціумом. Розроблено критерії відновлення психологічного здоров’я: можливість досягнення особистісної цілісності і безперервності, віри у себе, здатності самопідтримки і самодопомоги; можливість підвищення самоефективності особистості, її здатності до самореалізації; можливість посилення потребово-мотиваційних, ціннісно-смислових ресурсів особистості як джерела самозмін; можливість відновлення здатності підтримувати конструктивні стосунки з оточенням. Встановлено вектори реабілітаційної роботи, які є компонентами моделі соціально-психологічної реабілітації особистості: спрямованість на досягнення стійкого самоприйняття, відновлення самоефективності, здатності до ціннісно-смислового оновлення та підвищення рівня комунікативної компетентності.
The work considers the socio-psychological rehabilitation through the prism of technologies to restore and maintain personality’s psychological health which is deteriorating because of long-term traumatization caused by hybrid war. There are identified the key indicators of mental health which are integrity, self-realization, self-regulation. There are found auxiliary indicators on the individual psychological level: the creativity, the balance, the adaptability; on the value-semantic level: the search for new meanings, the experience comprehension, the ability to enjoy life; on the socio-psychological level: the tendency to cooperate, the ability to empathize, the responsibility towards society. There are developed the criteria to restore mental health: the ability to achieve personal integrity and continuity, to gain self-faith and the ability of self-support and self-help; the possibility to increase personality’s self-efficacy and the ability to self-realization; the possibility of strengthening the needs and the motivation sphere, and value-semantic resources as a source of personality’s self-transformation; the possibility to recover the ability of maintaining the constructive relationship with the environment. There are established the vectors of rehabilitation work that are the components of personality’s socio-psychological rehabilitation model which is focused on achieving sustainable self-acceptance, on a restoration of self-efficacy, on a capacity for the value-semantic renewal, and on improving the communicative competence. |
