Проблемне поле дослідження утворюють суперечності в традиційних підходах до профорієнтації, диспропорції в практиці реалізації компетентністного підходу в Україні і Європі та відірваність інструменту Національної рамки кваліфікацій від участі адресних суб’єктів у її запровадженні. Як спосіб розв’язання проблеми пропонується зміна парадигми вхідної відповідності у профорієнтаційній роботі на накопичувальну через реалізацію процедур репрезентативної рефлексії, які “запускають” механізм рефлексії. Наскрізним контекстом для рефлексування стають вхідна інформація про доказовість загальних даних, на фоні яких розглядаються дані персональні, та показник рефлексивної ємності середовища спілкування (РЄСС), важливість якого засвідчують результати зіставлення з ним даних у широкому діапазоні використаних показників, отриманих у ході всеукраїнського опитування. Представлено опис технології отримання даних у порів-няльному форматі у формі динамічного довідкового бюлетеня.
The problem field of our research is formed by the contradictions in tradi-tional approaches to career guidance, disparities in practice of the competency approach implementation in Ukraine and Europe, and isolation of the National Qualifications Framework as an instrument from the address subjects` participa-tion in its implementation. To solve these problems it is offered in the way of replacing the input matching (initial congruence) paradigm in vocational work by the cumulative competence one through the implementation of procedures of representative reflection that start-up the mechanism of reflection. Through con-text for reflexive process form input information concerning representative status of general data against which personal data are examined and indicator of reflex-ive capacity of communication environment (RCCE). Its importance is confirmed by the results of comparing it with data on a wide range of used indicators ob-tained in all-Ukrainian poll. Description of technology for data in comparative format in the form of a dynamic informational bulletin is presented.
