Виступ присвячено розгляду окремих психолого-педагогічних аспектів професійного самовизначення особистості. Наголошується на тому, що дієвість професійного самовизначення особистості вимагає системного підходу у вирішенні означеної проблеми, педагогічного керівництва цим процесом, відповідної підготовки педагогічних працівників до нього, врахування вікових та індивідуальних особливостей особистості, врахування соціально-економічних умов і головне необхідності підвищення розвивальної ефективності педагогічного процесу.
The speech is devoted to the consideration of individual psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional self-determination of the individual. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the professional self-determination of the individual requires a systematic approach in solving the identified problem, the pedagogical leadership of this process, the appropriate training of teaching staff to him, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of the individual, taking into account the socio-economic conditions and the main need to improve the developmental efficiency of the pedagogical process. |
