Description The urgency of the stated problem assosiated with the increasing influence of the technology of the human logosphere and the reformatting on this basis of its inner world as a personification of the nature of
historical, moral-cultural and psychological behavioral reactions of its existence.
The subject of the study is the internal “vibration” of the information person whose extreme forms are “interpassive deseases” of the e-society.
The purpose and task is an attempt to determine the influence of information flows on the mental state of man and the inclusion of various forms of inter-passive diseases inclusion into the human personality that affect
its rationality. The achievement of the goal requires the solution of two interrelated tasks – a refinement of the defects of information culture as the effects of cross-cultural communication and the determination of the specifics of “interpassive diseases” as a result of violation of socio-cultural and psychological integrity of the individual. To achieve the goal, the following
methods were used: dialectic, systemic, axiological, and comparative.
The content of the first issue, “Information Culture and the Psychological Consequences of Cross-Cultural Communication”, reflects the statement that with the growth of information flows in the human psychic there is a gradual formation of new multilayered series of modern value orientations that influences its cultural identity. Information pressure of a more attractive culture promotes a soft separation of people from the background of traditions and gives human personality new features that it has not had in previous history – spatial freedom, mobility and independence in an exchange of
views. For unformed individual human consciousness, such tendencies are a challenge to lifestyle and selected subcultural projects. These challenges
are manifested both at the individual and group levels, and in the production of new forms of information and psychological dependence.
An attempt is made to look at information culture as a out-civilizational phenomenon of being a modern person that produces an informational personality
with an inner-personal conflict, a struggle between motives and contradictory goals of self-affirmation as a social being, which puts himself in front of the eternal natural choice: body or soul? The bias towards
the technological way of life turns it into an eternal nomad, “a subject of unhappy consciousness” (Hegel), who is incapable of comprehending the truths of life. Ultimately, this leads to generational gap and a fundamental change in values and moral and psychological landmarks.
The content of the second issue, “From psychological mutations to”interpassive diseases «, reflects the statement that the new information reality
becomes a source of mental stress, and the human personality is experiencing a state of psychological pressure. As a result, the individual begins to
prefer such information, which does not require intensive intellectual work, and turns into its consumer. With the loss of volitional qualities of human
rationality and the change in the psychological characteristics of the picture of the communication space, there are changes in the psychology of the
formation of informational socio-cultural practices, which are particularly manifested in the “interpassive deseases” of e-society.
Conclusions. The aforementioned forms of “interpassive deseases” signal to the society that the growing wave of information in the absence of socio-cultural filters and clear regulatory and legal regulation of the media
space becomes a very dangerous challenge for the mental health of the society and the individual. A person with interpassive desease experiences two opposite feelings: on the one hand, as self-enclosed being, it tends to feel
certain self-confidence from the fact that it can always realize the needs of its “ego” in the cyberspace, but, on the other hand, in the depths of her soul there is always a doubt in her insignificance and hope for something external that can always support and save her. In this state, it becomes an easy prey to the neoteric cultural-ideological currents that offer their universal
recipes for self-improvement and self-development, remaining the absolutely indifferent to the possible choice of the person himself.
The above analysis allows us to focus on the issue of the ratio of personal and general. The limits of personal Internet-freedom and the prospects of the possibilities of computer technologies as new constituents of
the existential basis of security, prompts the state institution to take steps to protect both the mental health of man and the sociocultural and moral
symbols of his being as the basis of the integrity of the human person. First of all, this should happen at the national level in the form of developing national-oriented strategies for information security, information policy and raise of the information and cultural literacy of the person himself.
