Система розрахунків на оптовому ринку електричної енергії принесли Україні зміни - в минулому році був позитивний результат. Відповідно до цього аналізу динаміка платежів оптового ринку електроенергії в цілому покращилась, хоча як і раніше існує великий борг. |
