This arcticle argues that economy in transition is in fact a peculiar economic system which differs consedrably from centrally-planned and market economy. Its nature is determined by the very specific way of solving contradiction between the emerging new system of economic relations and attempts to preserve the old system of enterprise management which results in change of the very nature of the so-called “soft budget constraint”. Стаття присвячена аналізові перехідної економіки як особливої економічної системи, яка має суттєво відрізнятися як від адміністративно-командного господарства, так і ринкової економіки. |
