У статті теоретично та аналітично визначено взаємозв'язок показників управління у країнах світу та основних показників функціонування світової економіки (ВВП, індекси глобальної конкурентоспроможності, технологічної готовності, мережевої готовності, субіндекс інновацій). На основі регресійного аналізу встановлено значимі політичні чинники впливу на інформаційну економіку, теоретично обґрунтовано причини такого зв’язку. Запропоновано основні напрями реформування політичних інститутів у країнах, що обирають інноваційних шлях розвитку. The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between worldwide governance indicators and indicators that reflect the results of the functioning of the world economy in the field of innovation and information changes. The research is aimed at providing quantitative evidence that state's economic results exactly or indirectly depend of progressive of the decisions of politic institutes. Explanations is offered for the choice of indicators (GDP, global competitiveness index, the index of technological readiness, the index of network readiness and innovations index) that characterize the development of the informational economy. The constructed spatial multifactor econometric models were analyzed by the least squares method. Based on regression analysis it was identified significant political factors influencing the information economy and theoretically substantiated the reasons for such a connection. The results obtained made it possible to establish main directions of the reform of political institutes in the countries that choose the innovative way of development. |
