У дисертації проаналізовано теоретичні напрацювання та проектні рішення громадських будинків і споруд сформованих на території кар’єрів. У роботі доповнено класифікацію кар’єрів Кривбасу та визначено основні фактори впливу на забудову у кар’єрі. До визначальних винесено топогеологічні фактори, однак значними за своїм впливом є також містобудівні, екологічні, економічні чинники. У результаті дослідження розроблено принципи архітектурно–планувальної організації громадських будинків і споруд на території кар’єрів. До них належать: принцип диференціації об’єктів обслуговування в кар’єрі, принцип середовищної локальності, принцип ландшафтної інтегрованості, принцип доступності до дна кар’єру, принцип висотної диференціації будівлі у кар’єрі. Сформульовано прийоми через які принципи реалізуються на таких ієрархічних рівнях об’єкта: структури кар’єру, об’ємно-планувального, інженерно-конструкційного рішень. В диссертации проанализированы теоретические наработки и проектные решения общественных зданий и сооружений сформированных на территории карьеров. В работе дополнена классификация карьеров Кривбасса и определены основные факторы влияния на застройку в карьере. К определяющим относятся топогеологические факторы, однако значительными по своему воздействию являются также градостроительные, экологические, экономические. В результате исследования разработаны принципы архитектурно-планировочной организации общественных зданий и сооружений на территории карьеров. К ним относятся: принцип дифференциации объектов обслуживания в карьере, принцип средовой локальности, принцип ландшафтной интегрированности, принцип доступности дна карьера, принцип высотной дифференциации здания в карьере. Сформулированы приемы принципы реализуются на таких иерархических уровнях объекта: структуры карьера, объемно-планировочном, инженерно-конструкционном. Theoretical developments and design solutions of public buildings and structures formed on the territory of quarries have been analyzed in the thesis. Following features have been supplemented the classification of the Kryvbas quarries: by mining condition at the moment of study, by quarry territory square, by flooded quarry surface square, by suitable for building square. The basic approaches and methods used in studies of public buildings on the quarries territory have been shown. The structure of the study has been described. The quarries and buildings on quarries territories place in the hierarchical structure of the architecture objects system have been researched. The main factors of influence on the development in the quarry have been determined. The decisive influences of surveying factors on architectural-planning organization of public buildings are having been established. Although urban, ecological, economical factors are significant in their impact. There were identified suitable for building remediation quarries based on the classification, main factors and method of determining the type of recultivation and forming of disturbed areas. It was determined that 19 quarries in Kriviy Rih are provided to form construction sites on their territory. Algorithm that allows defining typological groups of public buildings, recommended for placement on the territory of the pits has been formed. The main principles of public buildings and structures architectural-planning organization on the territory-reclaimed quarries have been offered. They include the principle of service facilities on the quarries territories differentiation, environmental locality principle, the principle of landscape integration, the principle of availability to the bottom of the quarry, the principle of altitude buildings differentiation in the quarry. For each of the principles there were formulated methods through which these principles are implemented on different hierarchical object levels. Those levels include level of quarry structure, level of volume-planning solutions, level of engineering-structural solutions. The functional-planning models for trade-entertainment and sports-recreation complexes in the territory of the quarries with loop-shaped and spiral-shaped roads have been formed. Models based on loop-shaped, spiral-shaped and mixed roads variants in quarries for moderate, medium and steep slope angles are offered. Based on the research and developed principles and methods there were suggested image and rational solutions for buildings forming on the quarries territory. For rational planning solutions there were designed modules that underlie the construction projects on the territory of reclaimed quarries. An automated calculation of the maximum number of modules that can be located on the territory of the quarry working board have been made. |
