| Abstract | In this paper the applicability of the backcasting at the design stage to software quality assurance is grounded on the basis of experiments with real projects and real actors. It is experimentally shown that backcasting helps to make informed, fundamental, grounded, legitimate, quality decision when software projects choosing. In addition, backcasting can improve overall responsibility and eliminate conflicts of goals and interests of stakeholders at the expense of active participation of all stakeholders at all stages of the approach. |
