Title	The Quality Monitoring System of Professional Training in Ukrainian Universities

Abstract	This article reviews peculiarities of the development and implementation of systems for monitoring the quality of professional training at the institutional level which are characteristic of Ukrainian universities. The factors influencing the choice of strategy for implementation of monitoring in higher education are defined. The author outlines stages of development and implementation of a system for monitoring the quality of professional training at the institutional level: analysis, goal setting, design, implementation, continuous improvement.
