Встановлено, що здійснення інвестиційної діяльності неможливе без використання адекватної системи управління. Визначено, що ефективний менеджмент сприяє підвищенню потенціалу кожного підприємства, пом’якшує негативні впливи чинників зовнішнього середовища і успішно використовує переваги окремого суб’єкта господарювання. Управлінські дії менеджменту підприємства повинні бути спрямовані на раціональне використання наявних інвестиційних ресурсів і досягнення економічного успіху, що може виявлятися у їх стійкому економічному розвитку. Обґрунтовано, що менеджмент підприємств впливає на досягнення не тільки економічних, але і соціальних та інноваційних цілей тощо. The article stipulates that the performance of companies in the long term, ensuring their development and competitiveness is determined primarily by the level of investment activity and promotion of these activities. Implementation of investment is impossible without effective management system. Effective management promotes industrial and commercial potential of each company. Today, effective management of investment activity will mitigate negative impacts and successfully take advantage of a separate entity. The article aims to justify the need for the implementation of the management system investment. Author used the methods of scientific research: a retrospective, grouping and summarizing, system analysis. Theoretical and methodological basis of scientific research work consists of domestic and foreign scholars on issues of investment activity. The study identified the existence of problems in the management of investment activity, low level of management, the main reasons are: lack of preparedness of many entrepreneurs to develop high quality investment plans, lack of full access to market information, including through insufficiently developed information infrastructure market, low qualification of workers, employed in the preparation of feasibility studies and decisions. Formed the main characteristics of the management of the investment activity of the enterprise: investment management as a part of the overall management system is focused activities; of investment activity should be flexible and able to respond quickly to changes in the environment; efficiency of control can be achieved in the presence of an appropriate information security; of investment activity aimed at achieving its objectives, namely to ensure economic, innovative, social, environmental, etc; of investment activity should be exercise-based investment strategy. Overview factors under the control of the company (internal environment) and factors that are outside the sphere of influence (external environment) that make affect the management system. As the investment activity is part of the overall enterprise management system, there is a necessary to coordinate with other subsystems of the overall system management. The best approach to managing investment activities is value-oriented approach. The scientific novelty of the research is to create its own definition of investment – focused set of organizational and economic activities of individuals and legal entities and their associations on the attachment and sale of investments at risk in order to achieve positive results in business enterprises Because of investment activity is multifaceted and not disclosed phenomenon is important for further development of the theoretical framework on this issue. |
