Abstract	The paper represented modeling satellite data transmission channel with cascade encoding. The detailed scheme of digital satellite data transmission channel with outer, inner encoder and interleaving was developed. The recommendation for cascade encoder components type and structure was issued. The analytical relationships and research results for describing bit error rate of the cascade turbo-encoder components were represented.
